At Pet Smile Matters, your satisfaction (and your pet’s!) is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and stress-free return process.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
- The item was damaged, defective, or the wrong product was received
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened pet food or treats
- Personalized or custom items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Request a Return

- Once approved, ship the item back using the instructions provided
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
